People’s experience
People were mostly positive about the quality of their care and treatment. Survey results from the National GP Patient Survey undertaken January to March 2024 (prior to the implementation of a new appointment system) showed patients satisfaction was below expected in areas relating to access and experience of the practice. Health Watch told us patients were very positive about the practice and improved appointment booking system. Although a small number found the new online system complicated. CQC received 328 feedback on care responses. Negative feedback was received from 79 patients in areas including difficulties navigating the new appointment system, reception staff attitude and difficulties obtaining medicines. 249 patients responded with positive feedback relating to all the staff teams. They told us they felt listened to and told us staff were kind, helpful and professional. They were positive about the new online booking system and found it very easy to navigate and were positive about the response to request for appointments and frequent reminders about appointments. Patients’ comments included I was made to feel important, felt safe in their care and their patient led care is outstanding.

Evidence, not a league table.
CQC findings and GP Patient Survey results answer different questions and may cover different time periods. Neither confirms current appointment availability, NHS acceptance, opening hours or whether a provider is suitable for you.
Check the provider’s own website and the complete official CQC record before making a decision. If you need urgent medical help, use NHS 111 or call 999 in an emergency.
Independent lookup: Check My GP is not affiliated with the CQC, NHS or this provider. Providers cannot pay to change their rating or position. CQC data is reused under the Open Government Licence; GP Patient Survey results are published by NHS England and Ipsos.
