The service is performing well and meeting our expectations.
People’s experience
As part of our assessment, we reviewed feedback from people who used the service to understand their views and experience of the service. The Caritas GP Partnership, survey such as the Friends and Family feedback and the 2026 National GP Patient Survey showed most people were satisfied with care and treatment provided. For example, compared with local and national results of 93%, the 2026 National GP Patient Survey showed that 99% of survey participants trusted the healthcare professional they spoke with or saw at their last appointment at the practice. The practice’s patient participation group (PPG) to represent the views of patients directly to leaders, had diminished during the COVID period. We were informed that leaders were developing plans both internally and were in discussion with the local PCN with regards to reforming a PPG. Leaders demonstrated, however, that patient’s views had been successfully used to initiate positive changes in access.

Evidence, not a league table.
CQC findings and GP Patient Survey results answer different questions and may cover different time periods. Neither confirms current appointment availability, NHS acceptance, opening hours or whether a provider is suitable for you.
Check the provider’s own website and the complete official CQC record before making a decision. If you need urgent medical help, use NHS 111 or call 999 in an emergency.
Independent lookup: Check My GP is not affiliated with the CQC, NHS or this provider. Providers cannot pay to change their rating or position. CQC data is reused under the Open Government Licence; GP Patient Survey results are published by NHS England and Ipsos.
