The service is performing well and meeting our expectations.
People’s experience
People were positive about the quality of their care and treatment. Recent survey results, including from the National GP Patient Survey and the NHS Friends and Family Test, showed people were satisfied with services. There was an active patient participation group (PPG) who represented the views of people using the service. Representatives from the PPG were able to share views from patients and felt that these views were sometimes taken on board and actions may be taken to improve services following feedback. People gave mixed feedback with over half being positive and the remaining having mixed views of the service. National GP Patient Survey results from January to April 2026 showed us that the service was not performing as well as other services in the local area with regards to equity in access. The service was below the local average for treating people with kindness and compassion. Friends and Family test results shared with us by the provider showed us that 96% of patients would recommend the practice to friends and family.
