What CQC reported
The service is performing well and meeting our expectations.
People’s experience
People who used the service were invited to provide feedback directly to CQC and we received 34 responses. The majority (97%) reported positive experiences with feedback indicating satisfaction with care and treatment, access and interactions with staff. The results of the National GP Patient Survey were overall in-line with the national averages for patient satisfaction. The results showed that overall, people felt positive about their experience of contacting the service; people felt listened to, treated with care and concern and involved in decisions about their care and treatment. Recent results from the NHS Friends and Family Test, showed people were positive about their experience of the service. There was a newly established Patient Participation Group (PPG) who told us that the provider was working with them to gain people’s feedback about what was working well and where improvements could be made. When people raised an issue about their care and treatment this was appropriately responded to and any action needed was used to improve the service.

Evidence, not a league table.
CQC findings and GP Patient Survey results answer different questions and may cover different time periods. Neither confirms current appointment availability, NHS acceptance, opening hours or whether a provider is suitable for you.
Check the provider’s own website and the complete official CQC record before making a decision. If you need urgent medical help, use NHS 111 or call 999 in an emergency.
Independent lookup: Check My GP is not affiliated with the CQC, NHS or this provider. Providers cannot pay to change their rating or position. CQC data is reused under the Open Government Licence; GP Patient Survey results are published by NHS England and Ipsos.
