People’s experience
People were positive about the quality of their care and treatment. Recent survey results from the NHS Friends and Family Test, showed people were satisfied with services. Between April 2024 and March 2025, the practice received 935 responses, with 80% of patients stating they were likely or extremely likely to recommend the service to others. A small proportion of responses were neutral or negative, and managers reviewed these carefully to identify areas for improvement. There was an active patient participation group (PPG) who represented the views of people using the service. Representatives from the PPG described how managers made positive changes because of feedback, such as implementing a new telephone triage system that allowed the practice to call patients back while holding their place in the queue.

Evidence, not a league table.
CQC findings and GP Patient Survey results answer different questions and may cover different time periods. Neither confirms current appointment availability, NHS acceptance, opening hours or whether a provider is suitable for you.
Check the provider’s own website and the complete official CQC record before making a decision. If you need urgent medical help, use NHS 111 or call 999 in an emergency.
