People’s experience

People were mostly positive about the quality of their care and treatment, although some expressed mixed views. The National GP Patient Survey is an independent national survey that tells us how people feel about their GP practice. The findings of the 2025 survey showed 71% of people had a positive experience of this GP practice. This was in line with local and national averages.   There was an active patient participation group (PPG) that provided feedback to the practice. Representatives from the PPG told us the practice acted on their feedback. This included making changes to the car park system, improvements to building access and internal signage, increased privacy at the reception desk, and extending access through additional Saturday and telephone appointments.   However, some people we spoke with said they did not know how to make a complaint and were not confident that any concerns raised would be acknowledged or addressed.

Evidence, not a league table.

CQC findings and GP Patient Survey results answer different questions and may cover different time periods. Neither confirms current appointment availability, NHS acceptance, opening hours or whether a provider is suitable for you.

Check the provider’s own website and the complete official CQC record before making a decision. If you need urgent medical help, use NHS 111 or call 999 in an emergency.

Independent lookup: Check My GP is not affiliated with the CQC, NHS or this provider. Providers cannot pay to change their rating or position. CQC data is reused under the Open Government Licence; GP Patient Survey results are published by NHS England and Ipsos.
