The service is performing well and meeting our expectations.
People’s experience
We received feedback from 23 patients during the assessment regarding their experiences of using the service. All the feedback was highly positive from patients. Patients stated their experiences of accessing appointments was very positive and that they could usually access services they needed quickly, in a way that suited them and that staff were responsive to their needs.
The national GP patient survey outcomes for this practice from July 2023 showed a higher achievement in patient satisfaction when compared with other practices in regards to booking appointments.
The practice’s patient focus group provided feedback to CQC during this assessment and they were very positive about the appointment system and equity in access.
