People’s experience
As part of our assessment, we asked for feedback from people who used the service to understand their views and experience of the service. None was received. The 2026 National GP Patient Survey showed that patient satisfaction was below average. The survey showed 54% of patients saying they had a good overall experience of the practice. This was compared to 78% locally and 77% nationally.
