People’s experience
People were mainly positive about the quality of their care and treatment. Recent survey results from the National GP Patient Survey showed people were satisfied with services. A higher percentage of patients described their overall experience of this GP practice as good when compared to local and national averages. The Care Quality Commission (CQC) received feedback from 55 people using the service which was mainly positive. Patients described the practice as excellent, and that clinicians were professional, thorough, knowledgeable and helpful and that they had confidence in them. Patients also told us that they were treated respectfully and with empathy. Whilst some people felt it was easy to get an appointment or call back, others raised concerns about the waiting time for a routine GP and Nurse appointment. A small number of people shared concerns about the branch site opening hours in addition to a concern raised about specific vaccinations provided.

Evidence, not a league table.
CQC findings and GP Patient Survey results answer different questions and may cover different time periods. Neither confirms current appointment availability, NHS acceptance, opening hours or whether a provider is suitable for you.
Check the provider’s own website and the complete official CQC record before making a decision. If you need urgent medical help, use NHS 111 or call 999 in an emergency.
Independent lookup: Check My GP is not affiliated with the CQC, NHS or this provider. Providers cannot pay to change their rating or position. CQC data is reused under the Open Government Licence; GP Patient Survey results are published by NHS England and Ipsos.
