What CQC reported

The service is performing well and meeting our expectations.

People’s experience

People were generally positive about the quality of their care and treatment. Data from the National GP Patient Survey, showed people were generally satisfied with services. Most people told us they were able to get an appointment when they needed one. However, they were less satisfied with contacting the service by telephone. A new telephone system had been installed and the patient participation group (PPG) had carried out their own survey looking at telephone access in November 2024 and February 2025. The results of these surveys indicated that satisfaction with the new phone system had improved. The PPG worked closely with the service and told us their views were acted on whenever possible.

Evidence, not a league table.

CQC findings and GP Patient Survey results answer different questions and may cover different time periods. Neither confirms current appointment availability, NHS acceptance, opening hours or whether a provider is suitable for you.

Check the provider’s own website and the complete official CQC record before making a decision. If you need urgent medical help, use NHS 111 or call 999 in an emergency.
