The service is performing well and meeting our expectations.
People’s experience
The practice encouraged and used feedback from people who used the service to make improvements. Both verbal and written complaints were investigated and used to drive improvement. Feedback from the NHS Friends and Family Test was positive. The data from the National GP Patient Survey published in July 2025 showed people were generally satisfied with the practice and its services, with most scores in line with or above national averages. Leaders advised the introduction of the total triage system in August 2025 had improved overall patient experience with access. We invited patients to provide us with their feedback about the practice through our ‘Give Feedback on Care’ process. We received over 50 responses, and all were positive regarding overall patient satisfaction.The practice had an active patient participation group (PPG) that represented the views of people using the service. Representatives from the PPG described how they felt valued by the practice, were engaged and listened to by leaders.
