People’s experience
People were positive about the quality of their care and treatment. This was evidenced by recent survey results, including the National GP Patient Survey. For example, the GP Patient Survey, 2025, showed that the practice performed above local and national averages for a range of issues, including: patients finding the reception and administration team helpful, patients found it easy to get through to the practice by phone, patients were offered a choice of time and date when making an appointment and that the healthcare professional they saw had all the information they needed about them during their last general practice appointment. The practice also participated in the NHS Friends and Family Test. The most recent test finding that 92.5% (256 out of 277) of respondents would be likely or very likely to recommend the practice to a family member or friend. The practice also ran its own patient survey. Responses generally positive, with patients commenting on the quality of care they received. Though some comments showed dissatisfaction with appointment waiting times.

Evidence, not a league table.
CQC findings and GP Patient Survey results answer different questions and may cover different time periods. Neither confirms current appointment availability, NHS acceptance, opening hours or whether a provider is suitable for you.
Check the provider’s own website and the complete official CQC record before making a decision. If you need urgent medical help, use NHS 111 or call 999 in an emergency.
Independent lookup: Check My GP is not affiliated with the CQC, NHS or this provider. Providers cannot pay to change their rating or position. CQC data is reused under the Open Government Licence; GP Patient Survey results are published by NHS England and Ipsos.
