People’s experience
People were generally positive about the care and treatment they received. Surveys such as the National GP Patient Survey and the NHS Friends and Family Test showed high satisfaction. In the GP Patient Survey, 60% of respondents rated their overall experience at this practice as good, which was lower than the ICS average of 79% and the national average of 75%. Feedback from the Friends and Family Test was very positive, with over 90% consistently rating their experience as good or very good. People we spoke to during the inspection also shared positive views about their overall experience of the practice.
