The service is performing well and meeting our expectations.

People’s experience

As part of our assessment, we reviewed feedback from people who used the service to understand their views and experience of the service. This included through our Give Feedback on Care Services and information shared by the practice. People were overall very positive about the quality of the care and treatment they received. Staff were described as friendly, helpful, kind, caring, and considerate. The National GP Patient Survey 2026 results for the practice were positive with the practice scoring higher than local and national averages in all except 1 of the 20 indicators. For example, 100% felt the healthcare professional they saw had all the information they needed about them during their last general practice appointment, 95% felt their needs were met during their last general practice appointment, and 92% of respondents described their overall experience of the GP practice as good. Friends and Family test (FFT) results between April 2026 and June 2026, consistently showed a minimum of 85% of patients rating the service as very good or good. Feedback included prompt response, excellent consultation, fantastic, very knowledgeable, compassionate, very understanding. There was an active patient participation group (PPG) who represented the views of people using the service. Representatives from the PPG described how leaders listened to concerns raised.
