The service is performing well and meeting our expectations.
People’s experience
People were positive about the quality of their care and treatment. Recent NHS Friends and Family Test results showed people were satisfied with services. The 2025 National GP Patient Survey results showed on average, people were happy with the service. However, these results were slightly below local and national averages. There was a patient participation group (PPG) who represented the views of people using the service. Representatives from the PPG described how leaders made positive changes because of feedback, such as implementing a new poster in the waiting room informing people how many appointments were missed when people did not attend.
