The service is performing well and meeting our expectations.
People’s experience
People were positive about the quality of their care and treatment. Recent survey results, including from the National GP Patient Survey and the NHS Friends and Family Test, showed people were satisfied with services. For example, data from the National GP patient survey showed that 88 % of service users responded positively to their overall experience of their GP practice, compared to 75% nationally and 78% locally. There was an active Patient Participation Group (PPG) who represented the views of people using the service. Representatives from the PPG described how the service leaders were open and honest and the community felt supported by the service.
