The service is performing well and meeting our expectations.
People’s experience
As partof our assessment, we reviewed feedback from people who used the service to understand their views and experience. The 2026 National GP Patient Survey results had 78 responses, this showed people were mostly satisfied with services provided and were inline or above the national and local averages. The provider submitted unverified Friends and Family Test (FFT) data for January to June 2026 for the service, showing consistently high patient satisfaction. Of 593 responses, 85.5% rated their experience as good or very good, with very good accounting for over 71% of all feedback. The practice held regular patient participation group (PPG) meetings, where peoples feedback was responded to and changes discussed. We spoke with members of the PPG who provided positive feedback.
