People’s experience
The provider had clear information on our Give Feedback on Care (GFC) process as an alert on their website and at the service. We reviewed people’s feedback from GFC and Healthwatch Suffolk. Feedback was positive regarding the attitude of staff and the clinical care and treatment provided. Recent survey results, including from the NHS Friends and Family Test, showed 74% of people rated their overall experience of the service as good or very good. The National GP Patient Survey showed people were satisfied with the access and overall experience provided by the service. There was a Patient Participation Group (PPG) who represented the views of people who used the service. We spoke to representatives from the PPG who had regular meetings with the Practice Manager. They told us the Practice Manager chaired the meetings, was keen to engage and useful information was shared. This information was shared with the local community, and members were able to raise issues on behalf of people who used the service and felt listened to.

Evidence, not a league table.
CQC findings and GP Patient Survey results answer different questions and may cover different time periods. Neither confirms current appointment availability, NHS acceptance, opening hours or whether a provider is suitable for you.
Check the provider’s own website and the complete official CQC record before making a decision. If you need urgent medical help, use NHS 111 or call 999 in an emergency.
Independent lookup: Check My GP is not affiliated with the CQC, NHS or this provider. Providers cannot pay to change their rating or position. CQC data is reused under the Open Government Licence; GP Patient Survey results are published by NHS England and Ipsos.
