Assessment dated 5 November 2025. Published 15 April 2026.
What CQC reported
The service is performing well and meeting our expectations.
People’s experience
Feedback provided to the Care Quality Commission (CQC) by people that had used the service was mixed. National data including the GP national survey also indicated that not all patients were satisfied with their experience of care and treatment from the service however, there were no significant themes within the feedback from people using the service. Feedback included difficulties obtaining annual reviews and monitoring of conditions. Other areas of feedback included delays or issues obtaining repeat prescriptions, difficulties accessing the service both online or via the telephone and that the complaints process could be simpler to understand. Positive feedback reported that patients had experienced kind, courteous and compassionate care when receiving treatment from the service. Individual clinicians were praised for their care and approach and some patients had found the methods of access to the service had operated well for their needs. This assessment included all the areas reported by patients and although some patients reported dissatisfaction with their experience, we found the provider was already aware of the concerns and had acted in response.

Evidence, not a league table.
CQC findings and GP Patient Survey results answer different questions and may cover different time periods. Neither confirms current appointment availability, NHS acceptance, opening hours or whether a provider is suitable for you.
Check the provider’s own website and the complete official CQC record before making a decision. If you need urgent medical help, use NHS 111 or call 999 in an emergency.
Independent lookup: Check My GP is not affiliated with the CQC, NHS or this provider. Providers cannot pay to change their rating or position. CQC data is reused under the Open Government Licence; GP Patient Survey results are published by NHS England and Ipsos.
