What CQC reported

The service is not performing as well as it should and we have told the service how it must improve.

People’s experience

People were positive about the quality of their care and treatment. Friends and Family Test showed people were satisfied with services. Feedback received by CQC through the give feedback on care experience online forms was positive. However, there was negative feedback in relation to access in getting appointments, staff attitude and being listened to and treated with care and concern. Patients CQC spoke to as part of the assessment process were very positive about their experience of care. There was no evidence provided by the practice of an active Patient Participation Group (PPG) such as PPG meeting minutes to show continuous contribution to improve service delivery.

Evidence, not a league table.

CQC findings and GP Patient Survey results answer different questions and may cover different time periods. Neither confirms current appointment availability, NHS acceptance, opening hours or whether a provider is suitable for you.

Check the provider’s own website and the complete official CQC record before making a decision. If you need urgent medical help, use NHS 111 or call 999 in an emergency.
