The service is performing well and meeting our expectations.
People’s experience
People were positive about the quality of their care and treatment. Recent survey results, including from the National GP Patient Survey and the NHS Friends and Family Test, showed people were satisfied with services. We reviewed the results from the National GP Patient Survey in July 2025 and found people had positive feedback about their experience at their last appointment. For example, 76% of people reported a good overall experience of the practice. We reviewed recent NHS Friends and Family Test (FFT) from the month of June 2025. We found that the practice received responses from 608 patients. Of these, 562 (92.30%) patients were extremely likely or likely to recommend the practice to friends and family if they needed similar care or treatment and 46 (7.57%) people responded with neither, unlikely, extremely unlikely or didn’t know. There was an active patient participation group (PPG) who represented the views of people using the service. A representative from the PPG described how the service had made changes as a result of their feedback.
