The service is performing well and meeting our expectations.
People’s experience
The practice encouraged and used feedback from people who used the service to make improvements. Both verbal and written complaints were investigated and used to drive improvement. Feedback from the NHS Friends and Family Test was positive. Feedback from National GP Patient Survey was lower than the local and national averages and the practice was making changes to improve these scores. We invited patients to provide us with their feedback about the practice via our ‘Give Feedback on Care’ process. We received mainly positive feedback regarding overall patient satisfaction. The practice had an active patient participation group(PPG) that represented the views of people using the service. The PPG felt engaged with the practice and felt listened to.
