People’s experience

People were positive about the quality of their care and treatment. As part of this assessment, we reviewed patient feedback data available from the National GP Patient Survey (2025) and the NHS Friends and Family Test (FFT). Results from the National GP Patient Survey were in line with or above national averages in most areas. For example, 76% of respondents described their experience of contacting the practice as good (national average 70%) and 90% of respondents felt their needs were met during their last general practice appointment (national average 90%). The latest published result from the NHS Friends and Family Test (August 2025), showed people were satisfied with services, 89% of patients responded positively about their experience of the service. We invited patients to share their experience of the service they received via the Care Quality Commission’s website. We received feedback from 20 patients, 16 of which contained positive feedback. Patients used words such as brilliant and excellent to describe the service and reported that staff were helpful, efficient and caring.

Evidence, not a league table.

CQC findings and GP Patient Survey results answer different questions and may cover different time periods. Neither confirms current appointment availability, NHS acceptance, opening hours or whether a provider is suitable for you.

Check the provider’s own website and the complete official CQC record before making a decision. If you need urgent medical help, use NHS 111 or call 999 in an emergency.
