The service is performing well and meeting our expectations.

People’s experience

People were positive about the quality of the care and treatment they received. Recent survey results, including those from the National GP Patient Survey (2024) and the NHS Friends and Family Test (FFT), showed people were satisfied with services. For example, the FFT data from May 2024 to April 2025 showed that 86% of patients (out of 2,492 responses) were ‘likely’ or ‘extremely likely’ to recommend this practice. There was an active patient participation group (PPG) that effectively represented the views of people using the service. PPG representatives described how the practice responded constructively to feedback, leading to improvements such as increased appointment availability and better telephone access. Telephone performance data was regularly monitored and discussed during PPG meetings. Feedback received from the Care Quality Commission’s (CQC) share your experience online forms was positive.
