The service is performing well and meeting our expectations.
People’s experience
We found people were positive about their experience of care and treatment at the practice within the last 12 months. There were 11 records of feedback directly to CQC and 9 reviews published on the NHS website. Comments included praise for GPs and nurses, helpful and friendly receptionists, being given enough time in appointments, useful information on the practice website and social media, ease of getting an appointment, and a clean and pleasant environment.
