The service is performing well and meeting our expectations.
People’s experience
Feedback from patients and staff was mainly positive about the practice. The practice’s results from the GP Patient Survey carried out from January to March 2024, showed it was in line with the local and national averages, and 86% of the respondents felt their healthcare professional was good or very good at listening to them. The patients we spoke with told us they had timely access to care and treatment. There was an active patient participation group (PPG) who represented the views of people using the practice.
