People’s experience
People were positive about the quality of their care and treatment. Recent survey results, including from the 2025 National GP Patient Survey and the NHS Friends and Family Test, showed people were satisfied with services. For example, the 2025 National GP Patient Survey data reflected that people felt listened to and were treated with kindness. Eighty six percent of patients said the healthcare professional they saw or spoke to was good at treating them with care and concern during their last general practice appointment, which was in line with the national average of 86%. Eighty six percent of respondents to the GP patient survey responded positively to the overall experience of their GP practice which was above the national average of 75%. Eighty nine percent of respondents to the GP patient survey responded positively to the overall experience of contacting their GP practice which was above the national average of 70%. Also, the survey showed 93% of patients were involved as much as they wanted to be in decisions about their care and treatment during their last general practice appointment. This was above the national average 91%. There was an active Patient Participation Group (PPG) who represented the views of people using the service. All feedback we received from the PPG was positive.

Evidence, not a league table.
CQC findings and GP Patient Survey results answer different questions and may cover different time periods. Neither confirms current appointment availability, NHS acceptance, opening hours or whether a provider is suitable for you.
Check the provider’s own website and the complete official CQC record before making a decision. If you need urgent medical help, use NHS 111 or call 999 in an emergency.
Independent lookup: Check My GP is not affiliated with the CQC, NHS or this provider. Providers cannot pay to change their rating or position. CQC data is reused under the Open Government Licence; GP Patient Survey results are published by NHS England and Ipsos.
