People’s experience
The provider actively encouraged and used feedback from people using the service to make improvements. The feedback we reviewed showed that patient experiences were positive. Results from the National GP Patient Survey varied when compared with local and national averages for most responses. Patient experience was highest around choice, where patients felt listened to and where their mental wellbeing was considered during their last performance. Survey responses indicated that patients felt listened to, treated with care and concern, involved in decisions about their care, and had confidence in the healthcare professionals. Feedback from the NHS Friends and Family Test was positive and staff received compliments which they shared. There was a rebranded patient participation group (PPG) with a new approach and objective to be more about inclusion, supporting patients with digital difficulties and mental health problems, listening and working together to drive and deliver change.

Evidence, not a league table.
CQC findings and GP Patient Survey results answer different questions and may cover different time periods. Neither confirms current appointment availability, NHS acceptance, opening hours or whether a provider is suitable for you.
Check the provider’s own website and the complete official CQC record before making a decision. If you need urgent medical help, use NHS 111 or call 999 in an emergency.
Independent lookup: Check My GP is not affiliated with the CQC, NHS or this provider. Providers cannot pay to change their rating or position. CQC data is reused under the Open Government Licence; GP Patient Survey results are published by NHS England and Ipsos.
