Assessment dated 27 November 2025. Published 3 August 2026.

What CQC reported

The service is not performing as well as it should and we have told the service how it must improve.

People’s experience

People were positive about the quality of their care and treatment. The results in this report will refer to the 2025 results as the assessment was conducted before the 2026 results published. Recent survey results, including from the National GP Patient Survey 2025 and the NHS Friends and Family Test, showed people were satisfied with services. Feedback received by CQC from experience of care online forms from the patients was negative. It mentioned how people felt they were treated rudely by the staff and staff culture was less than positive and elderly patients were digitally excluded. However, we spoke to the patient participation group (PPG) chair who represented the views of people using the service and the feedback was positive. In addition, the PPG was of the view that the premises could be improved.

Evidence, not a league table.

CQC findings and GP Patient Survey results answer different questions and may cover different time periods. Neither confirms current appointment availability, NHS acceptance, opening hours or whether a provider is suitable for you.

Check the provider’s own website and the complete official CQC record before making a decision. If you need urgent medical help, use NHS 111 or call 999 in an emergency.
