The service is performing well and meeting our expectations.
People’s experience
As part of our assessment, we reviewed feedback from people who used the service to understand their views and experience of the service. This included receiving feedback from patients directly, people were overwhelmingly positive about the quality of their care and treatment. They described how staff treated them with kindness and compassion and respected their privacy. This was mirrored in the results of recent surveys, including the 2025 National GP Patient Survey, which showed people were very satisfied. For example,86% of respondents to the GP patient survey were positive about their overall experience of the GP practice. This was above the national average of 75%. The Friends and Family test showed that of 280 responses in the year to April 26, 98% were positive and 252 of the 280 patients stated the surgery was very good. There was an active patient participation group (PPG) whorepresentedthe views of people using the service.Tworepresentativesfrom the PPG werevery positiveabout the support the practice gave them and happy with the service provided.
