What CQC reported
The service is performing well and meeting our expectations.
People’s experience
People were positive about the quality of their care and treatment. Recent survey results, including from the National GP Patient Survey showed people were satisfied with their experience at their last appointment. There was an active patient participation group (PPG) who represented the views of people using the service. The PPG described how managers made positive changes because of feedback, such as making changes to the online form to request an appointment. We asked the service to share a link with people so they could share their feedback with CQC and 55% of the feedback we received was positive. People told us the staff were friendly and went above and beyond their role to help. Whilst our assessment did not find any elements of care not meeting the expected standard, some people expressed difficulty in accessing care, support, and treatment in a way that met their needs or preferences.

Evidence, not a league table.
CQC findings and GP Patient Survey results answer different questions and may cover different time periods. Neither confirms current appointment availability, NHS acceptance, opening hours or whether a provider is suitable for you.
Check the provider’s own website and the complete official CQC record before making a decision. If you need urgent medical help, use NHS 111 or call 999 in an emergency.
Independent lookup: Check My GP is not affiliated with the CQC, NHS or this provider. Providers cannot pay to change their rating or position. CQC data is reused under the Open Government Licence; GP Patient Survey results are published by NHS England and Ipsos.
