What CQC reported

The service is performing well and meeting our expectations.

People’s experience

As part of our assessment, we asked the practice to share CQC’s Give Feedback on Care webform with people who had used the service in the last 12 months. We received 140 responses with 137 of feedback from patients being highly positive of the staff and service. People were positive about the quality of their care and treatment. Recent survey results, including from the National GP Patient Survey and the NHS Friends and Family Test, showed people were satisfied with services. There was an active patient participation group (PPG) who represented the views of people using the service. Managers made positive changes because of feedback received, such as redevelopment plans of the main site in Windermere to accommodate more clinical rooms and placing a board in the waiting area with photographs and roles of all staff on-site.

Evidence, not a league table.

CQC findings and GP Patient Survey results answer different questions and may cover different time periods. Neither confirms current appointment availability, NHS acceptance, opening hours or whether a provider is suitable for you.

Check the provider’s own website and the complete official CQC record before making a decision. If you need urgent medical help, use NHS 111 or call 999 in an emergency.
