People’s experience
The national GP survey showed that patients were positive about their care and treatment.
We asked the practice to share details of CQC Give Feedback on Care process on their website. We did not receive any comments from patients via Give Feedback on Care forms and we did not speak to any patients as part of this assessment.
The practice reviewed feedback from the national patient survey and where possible acted on comments or suggestions made. Any complaints were used to improve practice and procedures. There was an active Patient Participation Group who told us the practice had been hugely supportive and had listened to feedback.
