What CQC reported

The service is performing well and meeting our expectations.

People’s experience

Feedback from patients, relatives and professionals who worked closely with the service was mostly positive. Some indicators in the GP Patient Survey published 2023 showed some lower performance data in relation to access. The practice used this, along with feedback they collected via Healthwatch Norfolk, the Family and Friends Test and complaints to develop systems to improve the patient experience. Where the feedback was negative, the practice reviewed the feedback, from whatever source, responded to the patient and where possible made changes. Patients told us that they felt involved in decisions about their care and treatment. Patients told us they felt their individual needs were appropriately assessed and fully understood by practice staff. Patients told us they felt empowered by the practice staff to give their views and felt the practice supported their rights to equality and their human rights. Most patients told us they had timely access to care and treatment and were treated with dignity and respect. The practice was proactive in ensuring there was equity in access, experience, and outcomes for their patients.

Evidence, not a league table.

CQC findings and GP Patient Survey results answer different questions and may cover different time periods. Neither confirms current appointment availability, NHS acceptance, opening hours or whether a provider is suitable for you.

Check the provider’s own website and the complete official CQC record before making a decision. If you need urgent medical help, use NHS 111 or call 999 in an emergency.
