People’s experience

As part of our assessment, we reviewed feedback from people who used the service to understand their views and experience. This included reviewing feedback available to us. People were positive about the quality of their care and treatment. The results of the 2025 National GP Patient Survey showed people were satisfied with their care and treatment. Friends and Family data showed that an average of 95% of patients over the last 12 months said the service was either ‘very good’ or ‘good’, compared to the national average of 92%.
