People’s experience
People were positive about the quality of their care and treatment. Recent survey results, including from the National GP Patient Survey and the NHS Friends and Family Test, showed people were satisfied with services. For example, in the most recent GP Patient survey 81% of patients said the reception and administrative team at the practice were helpful; 73% of patients described their overall experience of the practice as good. Both results were in line with the local and national results.
