The service is performing well and meeting our expectations.
People’s experience
People were positive about the quality of their care and treatment from Ribblesdale Medical Practice. Recent survey results from the 2024 National GP Patient Survey for patients ‘overall satisfaction and experience’ was in line with national and local averages. The NHS Friends and Family Test dated January 2025 showed people overwhelmingly felt the service from Ribblesdale Medical Practice was very good and good. We received feedback from 60 patients as result of the practice sharing CQC Give feedback on care information. The feedback was overwhelmingly positive. Patients described and gave examples of staff being caring, responsive and knowledgeable. People described different staff members, in various roles as being, excellent at their jobs, having behaved kindly towards them and as diligent in carrying out their tasks. This indicated that, within the Ribblesdale Medical Practice staff team, a caring, helpful and listening culture was embedded.
