What CQC reported
The service is performing well and meeting our expectations.
People’s experience
As part of our assessment, we reviewed feedback from people who used the service to understand their views and experiences. Results from the Friends and Family Test (FFT) from March 2026 showed 428 people completed the survey and 93% were positive about the service they received. The results of the 2025 National GP Patient Survey showed people’s feedback was generally positive, with 81% describing their overall experience as good, above local and national averages. Satisfaction with staff was high, with 89% reporting healthcare professionals listened to them and treated them with care, and 96% reporting confidence and trust, all above local and national averages. 88% found reception and administrative staff helpful, also above local and national averages. Representatives from the patient participation group (PPG) told us that relationships with leaders had improved following recent management changes. They told us the PPG had been actively involved in plans for the new triage system and feedback from people was generally positive about clinical interactions. However, representatives said communication with people who use the service could be improved, for example through the introduction of newsletters.

Evidence, not a league table.
CQC findings and GP Patient Survey results answer different questions and may cover different time periods. Neither confirms current appointment availability, NHS acceptance, opening hours or whether a provider is suitable for you.
Check the provider’s own website and the complete official CQC record before making a decision. If you need urgent medical help, use NHS 111 or call 999 in an emergency.
Independent lookup: Check My GP is not affiliated with the CQC, NHS or this provider. Providers cannot pay to change their rating or position. CQC data is reused under the Open Government Licence; GP Patient Survey results are published by NHS England and Ipsos.
