People’s experience
People were generally positive about the quality of their care and treatment. Feedback from the NHS Friends and Family Test showed that most people were satisfied with the services provided. Results from the 2025 National GP Patient Survey were broadly in line with, or slightly below, national averages across several questions relating to access and experience. Leaders were aware of these results and described them as an opportunity to improve. In response, the service had developed an improvement plan to address the areas identified, including actions to strengthen communication with people who used their service. The service had recently re-established its patient participation group (PPG) to ensure people had a structured and meaningful way to share their views and influence service development. Leaders told us this was a key part of their response to the GP Patient Survey results. The PPG had begun meeting regularly and was involved in reviewing feedback, suggesting improvements to appointment systems, and supporting the development of service information to make it more accessible. For example, PPG members had contributed to the content and design of the service’s newsletter, helping to ensure information was clear, relevant and accessible.

Evidence, not a league table.
CQC findings and GP Patient Survey results answer different questions and may cover different time periods. Neither confirms current appointment availability, NHS acceptance, opening hours or whether a provider is suitable for you.
Check the provider’s own website and the complete official CQC record before making a decision. If you need urgent medical help, use NHS 111 or call 999 in an emergency.
Independent lookup: Check My GP is not affiliated with the CQC, NHS or this provider. Providers cannot pay to change their rating or position. CQC data is reused under the Open Government Licence; GP Patient Survey results are published by NHS England and Ipsos.
