What CQC reported

The service is performing well and meeting our expectations.

People’s experience

As part of our assessment, we reviewed feedback from people who used the service to understand their views and experience of the service. This included the most recent National GP Patient Survey, reviewing feedback from Give Feedback on Care (GFoC), and recent survey results from the NHS Friends and Family Test (FFT). The 2026 National GP Patient Survey was carried out across the provider's wider group of practices and does not solely reflect patients’ experience at this practice. The survey showed 67% described patients’ overall experience of this GP practice as good, the national average for this was 77%. However, the practice submitted unverified FFT data for January to June 2026 which showed patients consistently rated their experience as very good. Feedback received from GFoC was mixed. Some patients described positive experiences at the practice, whilst others reported their experience had not been as good.

Evidence, not a league table.

CQC findings and GP Patient Survey results answer different questions and may cover different time periods. Neither confirms current appointment availability, NHS acceptance, opening hours or whether a provider is suitable for you.

Check the provider’s own website and the complete official CQC record before making a decision. If you need urgent medical help, use NHS 111 or call 999 in an emergency.
