People’s experience
The latest National GP Patient Survey results showed that patients reported positive experiences with this practice. Overall patient experience was above average, with 87% of patients who responded describing their overall experience as good (England average 75%, local average 79%). Ninety four per cent of patients who responded had confidence and trust in the healthcare professional they last saw or spoke to, slightly above the local and national averages of 93%. Patients felt listened to, and that they were treated with care and concern. Ninety three per cent of respondents knew what the next step would be after contacting their GP practice, above the local average of 85% and the National average of 83%. Eighty seven per cent of patients who responded described their experience of contacting their GP practice as good, above the local average of 73% and the National average of 70%. Out of 6,828 friends and family test responses received by the practice in 2025, 95% described their experience as good or very good.
