People’s experience
The latest National GP Patient Survey results showed that patients reported positive experiences with this practice. The percentage of respondents to the National GP Patient Survey who stated that during their last appointment, the healthcare professional was very good or fairly good at treating them with care and concern was 93%, above the national average of 86%. Overall patient experience was above average, with 89% of patients who responded describing their overall experience as good, above the national average of 76%. Ninety-eight per cent of patients who responded had confidence and trust in the healthcare professional they last saw or spoke to, above the national average of 93%. Patients felt listened to, and that they were treated with care and concern.
