People’s experience
The methodology used during this assessment did not involve a site visit. To hear from patients about their experiences we asked the practice to share details via the Give Feedback on Care form on our website. We received 30 forms and patients stated they had positive experiences when accessing care, support and treatment, as well as having received care in a timely manner.
