The service is performing well and meeting our expectations.
People’s experience
People were positive about the quality of their care and treatment. Recent survey results, including from the National GP Patient Survey (2025) and the NHS Friends and Family Test, showed people were satisfied with services. There was an active Patient Participation Group (PPG) that represented the views of people using the service. PPG representatives described staff as polite, helpful, and collaborative. They provided examples of positive changes made in response to feedback, such as installing notice boards in the waiting rooms and sharing PPG meeting minutes in the village magazine.
