People’s experience
People were generally positive about the quality of their care and treatment. Results from the National GP Patient Survey (2025) showed that patient satisfaction was either slightly above or in line with local and national averages. For example, 88% of patients stated the healthcare professional at their last appointment was good at listening to them (local and national averages both 87%). In addition, 85% of respondents described their overall experience of this GP practice as good (compared to a local average of 77% and a national average of 75%). Recent results from the NHS Friends and Family Test, showed people were satisfied with services. For example, in April and May 2026 the practice received 120 patient responses. Of these, 115 rated the practice as good or very good. The practice supported 2 care homes, 1 of which was for residents with a learning disability. Feedback regarding the practice was generally very positive. The home for residents with a learning disability told us they received good, responsive, and flexible support from the practice which met the needs of their residents. The practice supported a patient participation group (PPG) who represented the views of people using the service. We spoke with a representative of the PPG who told us that they felt respected by the practice and described how managers made positive changes because of feedback, such as making changes to staff and patient parking.

Evidence, not a league table.
CQC findings and GP Patient Survey results answer different questions and may cover different time periods. Neither confirms current appointment availability, NHS acceptance, opening hours or whether a provider is suitable for you.
Check the provider’s own website and the complete official CQC record before making a decision. If you need urgent medical help, use NHS 111 or call 999 in an emergency.
