There were 490 GP Patient Surveys were sent out, and 115 surveys were received (23% completion rate). People rated their overall experience of the service as good (88% of respondents) compared with the ICS average: 70% and National average: 75%. The GPPS results showed 57% found it easy to contact this GP practice usingthe NHS App (ICS average: 45% National average: 49%). However, only 37% patients found it easy contacting the practice using their website (ICS average: 47% National average: 51%). The provider highlighted positive feedback from their Friends and Family Test (FFT) and Google reviews. While this internal feedback was noted, the national GP Patient Survey is a validated, benchmarked tool designed to provide a representative picture of a practice's patient population. Leaders shared FFT results from December 2025 (112 responses) showed generally positive feedback, with most patients rating the service as very good (81) or good (25). Comments highlighted short waiting times and helpful, supportive staff. At the time of this assessment, leaders explained there was no active patient participation group and staff were actively engaged in reconvening the PPG to help shape the future of the practice.

Evidence, not a league table.
CQC findings and GP Patient Survey results answer different questions and may cover different time periods. Neither confirms current appointment availability, NHS acceptance, opening hours or whether a provider is suitable for you.
Check the provider’s own website and the complete official CQC record before making a decision. If you need urgent medical help, use NHS 111 or call 999 in an emergency.
