What CQC reported

The service is performing well and meeting our expectations.

People’s experience

People were positive about the quality of care and treatment they received. Recent feedback, including results from the National GP Patient Survey, demonstrated high levels of patient satisfaction across a range of areas. While there was no active Patient Participation Group (PPG) at the time of the assessment, the practice was taking steps to re-establish the group and strengthen opportunities for patient engagement and involvement. The service actively encouraged feedback and showed a commitment to using patients' views and experiences to inform service development and improvement. Patient surveys, complaints, and Friends and Family Test data were reviewed regularly to identify trends, learn from feedback, and drive continuous improvement in service delivery. Improvements to the service through patient feedback was on display in the practice.

Evidence, not a league table.

CQC findings and GP Patient Survey results answer different questions and may cover different time periods. Neither confirms current appointment availability, NHS acceptance, opening hours or whether a provider is suitable for you.

Check the provider’s own website and the complete official CQC record before making a decision. If you need urgent medical help, use NHS 111 or call 999 in an emergency.
