What CQC reported
The service is performing well and meeting our expectations.
People’s experience
As part of our assessment, we considered feedback from people who used the service to understand their views and experiences of care. This included speaking with people at the time of the inspection and reviewing other sources of feedback available to us. People shared positive views about the quality of care and treatment they received. They described staff as kind, compassionate, and respectful, and told us their privacy and dignity were maintained. Feedback was consistent with the findings of recent patient surveys, including the 2025 National GP Patient Survey, which showed that most people were satisfied with the service and the care provided. People spoke positively about staff attitudes, communication, and the support they received. The service had an active and engaged Patient Participation Group (PPG) that represented the views of people using the service. PPG representatives told us they felt listened to and described how leaders had made positive changes in response to patient feedback. This demonstrated that the service valued people’s views and used feedback to drive improvement.

Evidence, not a league table.
CQC findings and GP Patient Survey results answer different questions and may cover different time periods. Neither confirms current appointment availability, NHS acceptance, opening hours or whether a provider is suitable for you.
Check the provider’s own website and the complete official CQC record before making a decision. If you need urgent medical help, use NHS 111 or call 999 in an emergency.
Independent lookup: Check My GP is not affiliated with the CQC, NHS or this provider. Providers cannot pay to change their rating or position. CQC data is reused under the Open Government Licence; GP Patient Survey results are published by NHS England and Ipsos.
