People’s experience
People were generally positive about the quality of their care and treatment. Feedback from patients was positive across a range of sources, including the National GP Patient Survey and the NHS Friends and Family Test. In the most recent National GP Patient Survey, 71% of respondents rated their overall experience of the practice as good, compared to 79% within the local Integrated Care System (ICS) and 75% nationally. Friends and Family Test results were also positive, with 92% of patients rating their experience as good or very good (78% very good and 14% good), indicating a high level of patient satisfaction. Feedback from patients to CQC during this assessment was mostly positive, with people sharing favourable views about their overall experience of the practice.
