The service is performing well and meeting our expectations.
People’s experience
The provider encouraged and used feedback from people who used the service to make improvements. As part of our assessment, we reviewed feedback from people who used the service to understand their views and experience. Feedback from a range of sources showed that patient experience of the service was overall positive. The results of the National GP Patient Survey showed the practice received similar to, or in some cases higher, than local and national average scores for patient satisfaction. The results showed that patients felt positive about their overall experience of the service; patients felt listened to, treated with care and concern, involved in decisions about their care and treatment, and had confidence and trust in the healthcare professionals. Patients also felt they could access the service easily. Recent results from the NHS Friends and Family Test showed that people were mostly positive about their experience of the service with complimentary feedback provided about staff in all roles. There was no patient participation group (PPG) to represent the views of people using the service.

Evidence, not a league table.
CQC findings and GP Patient Survey results answer different questions and may cover different time periods. Neither confirms current appointment availability, NHS acceptance, opening hours or whether a provider is suitable for you.
Check the provider’s own website and the complete official CQC record before making a decision. If you need urgent medical help, use NHS 111 or call 999 in an emergency.
Independent lookup: Check My GP is not affiliated with the CQC, NHS or this provider. Providers cannot pay to change their rating or position. CQC data is reused under the Open Government Licence; GP Patient Survey results are published by NHS England and Ipsos.
